Welcome to the Moving Process series, an integral part of the reCovery program. Drawing from Open Floor movement resources, this series is designed to prepare you for the reCovery training. Whether you decide to sign up for the entire training or just participate in this series, you’ll have the opportunity to see if this transformative program is the right fit for you while enjoying the benefits of the Moving Process.
Our online sessions are simple yet deep. We’ll meet in movement without a specific theme or expectation, embracing the state we’re in and inviting more breath and movement into our systems. I’ll guide you through small exercises highlighting our nervous system and vagus nerve.
Movement is therapeutic and significantly impacts the vagus nerve, enhancing flexibility in both your physical body and nervous system. You’ll receive first tips on how to skillfully switch between sympathetic and parasympathetic states with greater ease and choice.
This series also offers a chance to meet and ask any questions concerning the upcoming reCovery – Training on Resilience program.

Everyone is welcome. First timer, old timer, shy or bold or curious and willing to give it a go. No experience is needed, just a body of any description to dance in. There are no steps to learn. Wear comfortable clothes and have water to drink nearby.
