Description
“For millions of years, before you arrived here, the dream of your individuality was carefully prepared…
It is in the depths of your life that you will discover the invisible necessity that has brought you here.”
— Anam Cara, John O’Donohue
As the outer world grows quieter, the mist of winter invites us to turn inward.
Touching Invisible, Seeing Untouchable is a journey into that sacred stillness — an exploration of the unseen forces that shape our becoming.
Through a transformative blend of movement meditation and artistic expression, we will explore the timeless sanctuary within us — the place untouched by space, time, or form.
This is an invitation to meet what moves you from beneath the surface, to touch what cannot be named, and to let the invisible necessity that brought you here take shape through movement and art.
Your body is your canvas, your breath is your brush, your presence — the beginning of a new creation.
** Prerequisite**: To ensure the depth of this experience, participants are asked to have a minimum of 6 hours of movement practice in any modality.
No prior experience in art or creative expression is required — only a curious and open spirit.
Come exactly as you are, and let’s embark on this journey together.
