By joining this workshop you’re entering a unique journey into the enchanting embrace of winter’s misty aura and the profound inner calling that has led you to this very moment. Through a transformative blend of movement meditation and artistic expression, we will seek the timeless sanctuary within us, untouched by the limitations of space, time or physical form.

** Prerequisite**: To ensure that you get the most out of this experience, I kindly ask that participants have at least 6 hours of movement practice from any modality. No prior experience in artistic expression is required. All that is required is an open spirit. Come exactly as you are and let’s embark on this journey together.

- we will play, make mistakes and mess things up for the sake of expressing ourselves in 4 dimensions of embodiment
- there will be plenty of opportunities to engage, discuss, and ask questions.
