Description
A five-week online course and Module 2 of reCovery
We all carry many different inner parts—parts that protect us, push us forward, hold us back, seek connection or withdraw when life feels overwhelming.
In this five-week embodied course, we will explore our inner world through movement, somatic awareness, reflection and gentle parts work. Instead of trying to silence or change what arises, we will practise noticing and welcoming our different parts with curiosity and compassion. We will begin to understand their needs, their protective intentions and the roles they play in our lives.
With time for practice and integration between sessions, the course supports a more compassionate relationship with yourself and a greater sense of choice when inner conflict, difficult emotions or strong reactions arise.
The Many Within forms Module 2 of the reCovery Certificate Training in Embodied Resilience, while also being open as a standalone course. No previous participation in reCovery or experience with parts work is required.
Dates: November 17th – December 15th 2026
Format: Five weekly online sessions
Regular price: €250
