Description
A five-day embodied immersion exploring resilience through movement, somatic practice, relational exploration and time in nature.
This in-person Lab offers space to explore and integrate three essential perspectives: Polyvagal Theory, Inner Parts and Attachment Patterns — not only as concepts, but as lived, embodied experience.
Through movement, individual and relational practices, reflection and time outdoors, we will explore how these different perspectives meet in the body and in our relationships.
The intention is to allow what we know and understand to settle more deeply — strengthening our capacity for regulation, connection and resilience in everyday life, and transforming knowledge into lived experience.
What we will explore
We will weave together:
nervous-system regulation and Polyvagal Theory
embodied work with inner parts
attachment patterns and relational dynamics
movement and somatic resources
co-regulation, connection and group practice
integration through nature, reflection and creative exploration
Who is it for?
The Integrative Lab is open to newcomers as well as participants from current or previous editions of reCovery.
You do not need to have completed the online training to participate. Embodied Resilience can be attended as a fully stand-alone experience.
The workshop also forms Module 4 of the reCovery Certificate Training in Embodied Resilience, offering participants an opportunity to bring together and deepen the learning from the online programme through direct embodied and relational experience.
