The Inner Landscape in Motion

A Five-Week Therapeutic Group in Embodied Parts Work

Working with Parts in the Body: Integrating IFS into Somatic Practice

This small, experiential group invites you to meet your inner world through movement, sensation, and gentle inquiry. Inspired by IFS and grounded in somatic practice, we explore how different parts of you live and express themselves in the body. Over five weeks, we cultivate safety, curiosity, and deeper self-leadership — not only understanding your parts, but embodying relationship with them. Warm, intimate, and very much in the spirit of SOMA.

You’re welcome to join the full five-week series or — if you’re simply curious — to attend a single session.

We will gather in a beautiful space surrounded by olive trees, with open views towards the Albanian mountains and the Ionian Sea.

SOMA, the wooden dance floor, will welcome us — inviting us to arrive, move, listen, and connect.

The group will run with a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve participants.
Please note, in the case of rain the session will need to be rescheduled.
